The service is top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff assisting with dining recommendations, ski lift tickets, and transportation arrangements. The location is excellent, with easy access to saunas, resting areas, and a convenient bus stop near the ski room for quick ski lift access. Despite these positives, the breakfast selection could be improved, and the dining area is limited to offerings at the main hotel. Additionally, the value for money is fair considering the scrumptious meals but could be enhanced with more hot food options.
The hotel had quiet and clean rooms, with plenty of space for us to spread our clothes around. The service was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was great, offering direct bus transport to the ski resort right outside and a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were modern, cosy, and had plenty of storage space plus a good-sized bathroom. The small balcony was a nice touch, and there was so much room to spread out all our clothes on the floor. The service was top-notch, with reservations made for our group last minute, friendly recommendations, and help with ski lift tickets and taxis. The location was perfect, central and close to everything, but with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The dining experience provided a varied and satisfying breakfast. Overall, a great value for a relaxing stay.
Staying at this hotel was a delight! The rooms were modern, cozy, and had plenty of storage with a good-sized bathroom. The view over the Matterhorn from the balcony was breathtaking. The service was exceptional, especially from the red-haired lady at the reception. The location was superb, right next to the ski room storage and close to all facilities with a great view of the Matterhorn. The dining experience offered good quality food with a variety of fresh ingredients. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent service and a prime location.
