Despite these positives, the breakfast selection could be improved, and the dining area is limited to offerings at the main hotel. Additionally, the value for money is fair considering the scrumptious meals but could be enhanced with more hot food options.
The hotel had quiet and clean rooms, with plenty of space for us to spread our clothes around. The service was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was great, offering direct bus transport to the ski resort right outside and a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were modern, cosy, and had plenty of storage space plus a good-sized bathroom. The small balcony was a nice touch, and there was so much room to spread out all our clothes on the floor. The service was top-notch, with reservations made for our group last minute, friendly recommendations, and help with ski lift tickets and taxis. The location was perfect, central and close to everything, but with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The dining experience provided a varied and satisfying breakfast. Overall, a great value for a relaxing stay.

The location was superb, right next to the ski room storage and close to all facilities with a great view of the Matterhorn. The dining experience offered good quality food with a variety of fresh ingredients. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent service and a prime location.
